DairyTech | Dairy & Meat Industry 2020 offers a rich and diverse business programme of events

The exhibition serves as an important platform for sharing expert knowledge and discussing key issues facing the dairy production industry today.

Among key speakers at DairyTech 2020 will be senior leaders from Soyuzmoloko, Danone, PepsiCo, Sernursky cheese factory, experts from X5 Retail Group, VNIMI, analysts from Deloitte, Nielsen, Euromonitor International, Streda Consulting and many more.

The opening day of the exhibition, 18 February, will see the following content features take place:
 
  • A trend session where analysts from Nielsen and Euromonitor International will present key trends in the development of the dairy market both globally and locally
  • A plenary session led by Artem Belov (Soyuzmoloko), where experts will discuss how dairy companies can find points for growth and development, introduce new technologies and launch new products
  • The session ‘Quality lab: traceability’, where experts from dairy producers, retailers, and government authorities will share their experiences and consider particular case studies in the Mercury system and the issue of launching digital marking together with project operator, the Centre for the Development of Advanced Technologies
  • A conference on membrane method solutions, focussing on developing the market for ingredients from dairy raw materials: how to use and where to apply products from membrane processing?
 
  
 
On 19 February, the following sessions will take place:
 
  • A plenary session on ‘Integrating the trend of healthy lifestyles and sustainability into dairy businesses’ strategies. New products and successful implementation’, where speakers will consider practical cases of producing a sustainable product, consumer attitudes, and how similar products are found on shop shelves
  • The session ‘Quality lab: technical regulations for producers, consumers and compliance’ will focus on the issue of quality control for dairy raw materials, in particular residual veterinary medicines
  • The ‘discussion platform for effectively using technical solutions’ will address practical issues such as the dynamics of the technology market for dairy products in Russia, interesting market news, key mistakes in modernising dairy businesses; and processing curd whey without waste discharged into the sewer

On 20 February, cheese producers are invited to attend the major conference on ‘Problems and prospects for developing the cheese market in Russia’, where experts will share their views on both strategic issues (trends, market dynamics) and analyse practical cases for ensuring the quality of the finished product.
